You can download at a good chat client at http://www.mirc.com/ . Then after installing Mirc, run it and open the Mirc options. Click add and set the setting to the ones listed below. Then join the server and type /join #haven to open the channel. Look for Gehn and he will answer any questions you have. We hope to hear from you in the future!
